Sony was moving their .com store to a new e-commerce platform and wanted to make sure to not carry over any usability issues from the current site to the new one.

Coordinate and facilitate moderated and moderated user research session to validate design direction and iterations. ​

Build new recruiting channels with a focus on working with local universities and starting student focus groups.
