BP being one of the worlds leading energy providers needed to revamp their global incident management tracking application to ensure that as many incidents as possible were reported.

Geographic differences around the definition of safety and how it should. be managed across different types of workforces i.e. Contractors, vendors etc.

Very diverse work environments including lack of access to computers, cell phones and/or online connectivity

Highly skilled to an illiterate user base

What I Did

As the Lead UX Architect my role was to design the new application using PRPC version 7

Provided the end to end user experience research and design direction for the development teams

This project was unique in that the research took place in person in London, Cherry Point Washington, North Ireland and Abu Dhabi.
