Visa Scaling an ADA Program
The Challenge
Through a series of acquisitions Visa was vying for market share in the Merchant Servicing space, the resulting in a collection of inconsistent and dated user interfaces and needed to be aligned, transformed and adhere to the new Visa VGAR/WCAG 2.0 standards.
What I Did
